Hi, I’m Chifuyu, a Japanese freelance illustrator and designer based between Melbourne and Japan. I studied fashion design and worked as a fashion and textile designer, as well as an instructor at a fashion school, before starting my freelance illustration and design career.

I came to Australia to study chalk art, and after completing the professional course at Monique’s Chalk Art in the Gold Coast, I began working as a chalk artist. This experience inspired me to expand my focus into illustration and design.

My work features bright colours and cheerful energy, aiming to bring happiness and inspiration to everyday life.
